Follow steps below to learn how to set up 2-step verification for Microsoft.

1. Login to https://ads.microsoft.com/ using your personal credential.

• If you do not have a personal username set up, contact Search Operations ([email protected]).

2. Click on the gear icon (found in upper-right corner) and click Settings.

3. Click My settings from the left side navigation panel and click Edit in Microsoft account.

4. Under the following section, click Set up two-step verification and follow the wizard to complete its set up.

5. Microsoft offers the option to set up 2-step across their platform/product.  Feel free to set it up or skip it.

6. After enabling 2-step, choose your option on how you would like to receive your (first-time) verification code.

7. Don't forget to check off Don't ask me again on this device to avoid 2-stepping every time.
