There are two new methods to bypass [email protected]’s 2FA for Google. If you own an iPhone, refer to method #1. If you own an Android phone, please use method #2.
You can use these new authentication methods when trying to access any of Google’s products for the j3nycsearch username and if you’re hit with 2FA.
Method 1
-
Download Google Authenticator from Apple’s App Store. For reference, https://apps.apple.com/us/app/google-authenticator/id388497605.
-
Once it’s been downloaded, launch the app in your phone and scan the following QR code below (click on the + sign found in the lower right corner).
- The Google Authenticator app on your phone for [email protected] will generate the code for you going forward. Use this code to log in to a Google-product if you’re prompted with 2FA.
Method 2
- Log in to any Google-product (using [email protected]).
- If prompted with 2FA, click “Try another way”.
- Select your phone number from the list to receive your code. Or as another option, enter one of the 8-digit backup codes that’s available.
Important Note
If you do not see the “Try another way” link, click “Forgot password?” Choose the option to send the code to [email protected].
Do not change the password. If you need to update its password, please reach out to Support Operations.
