Before you begin, make sure your browser is signed out of all Google-related products such Gmail, Google Doc, etc.
1. When you receive an email invite, click Accept Invitation.
2. You’ll see your work email address that received the invite. Examples shown below are for [email protected]. You'll need to use your own personal work email. Click Continue.
3. You’ll continue to see your work email address that received the invite. Click Create account then select For myself. Click Next.
4. DO NOT CREATE A NEW GMAIL! Make sure to click Use my current email address instead.
5. Enter your first and last name. Re-enter your personal IPG-work email address. Create your password. Click Next.
6. You should've now received a code from Google. Check your Outlook inbox.
7. Enter your code and click Verify. Make sure to enter the code that your received as opposed to the one shown below.
8. Now, enter your mobile number to receive another verification code from Google. Make sure to enter your personal mobile phone number as opposed to the one shown below. Click Next.
9. Enter the verification code that you received in your mobile phone and click Verify.
10. Enter your DOB and gender. Click Next.
11. Click Skip or continue by clicking Yes, I’m in. Then accept Google’s Privacy and Terms by clicking I agree.
